Rom-Com genre is my favourite. It gives me my needful serotonin. So here are some of my favourite Rom-Com books.


The Love Hypothesis

A story that set up in a university. Dr. Adam Carlsen who is a professor in a university and Olive Smith who is a Ph.d student in that same university but under another professor. They plan to fake date each other. Adam wants to convince the University committee that he is not leaving US, so they going to clear his budget for research. Alongside Olive wants to convince her best friend Anh that she is happily dating someone so Anh can date someone guilt-free. They make it a deal. But what will happen later? Can they continue their plan without catching any feelings?

A light-hearted Rom-com, based on STEM, Grumpy X Sunshine trope. It’s going to give you butterfly in your stomach and blush on your cheek while reading.

Love On The Brain

 Love On The Brain is another story set on STEM. It’s a story about a neuroscientist Bee Königswasser  and neuroengineer Levi Ward. It has one of my favourite tropes enemy to lovers. They’re going to collaborate together for a NASA project. Whereas Levi has strong feelings for Bee but he can’t confess those feelings in front of Bee. How they’ll end up together having feelings for each other?  

It has moments where you’ll kick your legs in the air. Cute, Y/A, rom-com.

                                       The Spanish Love Deception

A story set around a wedding in Spain. Catalina Martin and Aaron Blackford works in an engineering farm. Catalina needs a date to attend her sister’s wedding. Aaron offers himself to be her fake date. Catalina and Aaron went to the wedding as a couple, they pretend to be so in love with each other. Will this fake date turn into a true one?

    It is a grumpy X Sunshine, enemies to lovers, one bed trope. It has a corporate set up.

           It will release your requiring dopamine. It has some swoon worthy moments.

                                      The American Roommate Experiment

   Rosalyn Graham a budding romance writer whose apartment’s ceiling just crumble on her, so she has to live in her best friend Catalina Martin’s apartment while her best friend is on her honeymoon. While she thought that someone broke into her best friend’s apartment while she was living there, but it reveals that Catalina’s cousin Lucas Martin is on the door. Rosie doesn’t know that Catalina promised Lucas her apartment. But Lucas offers Rosie that they should start living as roommates in the apartment. While Rosie faces a tough time to write her romance novel which has a dead line in just eight weeks. She is lacking on inspiration to write. So, Lucas offers himself to be the inspiration for writing the novel. In the mean time they went on four experimental dates to have the inspiration to write the novel. But Lucas’s stay in New York has an expiry date which lasts for six weeks. What will happen when Lucas will go back to his country in Spain?

        It's a Sunshine X Sunshine, friends to lovers trope, best friend’s brother trope. 

            This story is a super cheesy and flirtatious one. This story will make  

                   you giggle and blush really hard. It’s a standalone sequel of 

                         The Spanish Love Deception. It’s takes place sometime

                            after the epilogue of The Spanish Love Deception.

Just opened my eyes and felt the warmth on my eyelids.   Ambulance sirens are blowing. I woke up. Yes, it’s The Morning. But I woke up on the ambulance siren, not on the alarm clock or bird chirps. My inner self told me, “Welcome to the real WORLD”. Time is tough. We don’t know if the future is tougher or easier. An uncertainty haunts us every day. People are calling it  “New Normal” . I don’t know if this situation is normal or not but, I’m sure that this situation is a new phase of life. A lot of things are happening around us. A lot of changes are taken place. People are changing or evolving, situations are changing, circumstances are changing and perspectives are changing. One thing is constant that is our survival. We all are trying to survive in this world. When you stop living and start surviving that’s the time when we realize what has changed in this world. But I think we shouldn’t stop living.
