Chapter 1: Healing...

Just opened my eyes and felt the warmth on my eyelids. My mother has just removed the curtains and there is a Ray of Sunshine which has all the colours of the rainbow, my room lit up by the warmth of the sunrays. A new day, a new chapter of our life begins. It’s a winter morning, so I have to struggle a Lil bit with my blanket. I feel that each morning brings us a new day to Celebrate, Hate, Survive or Love. It’s like an MCQ question sheet, where we have four or more options and have to select one. Then we select one and we have to live that day as per our chosen option. But the majority of us forgot to be thankful for the day. We usually accuse or blame someone or something for ruining our day. And if that day doesn’t go well, we didn’t try to understand what went wrong? Because we are too busy to blame ourselves or someone else. The wounds we get that day, those wounds need to be’ HEALED’. It is very important to understand the mistakes we made, the wrong decisions we take or the way someone’s wrong decisions affects us. We need to give time to ourselves to heal.

Each and every day can’t be productive. Accept that. You can’t be always career driven. Some days are like laid back days. Those days are the Healing days too. Those wounds are not healed yet. We have to take care of it. Not only do external wounds bleed, but a lot of internal and mental wounds we have, which bleed every day and every night and those wounds also takes time to heal. Healing needs time & care. It’s not easy to accept our flaws. It’s not easy to be ok with the mistakes we made in our life. Incidents, people keep reminding us of the mistakes we made. But there is always a way to enhance ourselves. We have the right to make mistakes and learn lessons from them. We have the right to move on in our life without any regrets or grudges.

I believe that if you have grudges for someone, then somewhere it affects you. Those grudges can give you a new wound altogether. Those grudges and accusations can make your wounds bleed again. Yes we all made mistakes, we all regret it and we all learnt from it but the most important thing we forgot to do is MOVE ON. We have to move on. Otherwise, the wounds couldn’t be healed and there will always be blood dripping from it. We can give a chance to ourselves for getting up and stand strong in the crowd.

The day you learn the art of healing yourself. From that very day, a new chapter will begin in your life. In this busy generation, we should sit down and lean on a chair. We should talk with ourselves. I know it sounds weird. But believe me and try it for once. You will make lots of confessions to yourself and a lot of things will be sorted in your life.

Those wounds will stop bleeding and a new chapter will start instead.

Let's HEAL...
